Think, read, write, and discuss ideas analytically and critically
-
Conceive of human events, ideas, and issues within a historical framework
-
Perceive the interconnections of knowledge and apply concepts and skills from one area to another
-
Take responsibility for their own learning by becoming active, independent seekers of knowledge about the world beyond the classroom
-
Understand and respect human differences
-
Discover values that enable people to find meaning in the world and their own lives
-
Make use of the College library and other resources and tools of information
